Checklist
Items which may be needed at time of lender application:
- Purchase Agreement - Signed by all parties with any addendums
- Property Information - Listing sheet from the Multiple Listing Service with tax info., year built, lot size etc.
- Employment Information - 2 year history, including names, addresses and zip codes
- Residence History - Last 2 years' addresses and landlord(s) name(s) and mailing addresses.
- Income History - Last 2 years W-2's, last 30 days' pay stubs, social security numbers. If self-employed, complete U.S. 1040's for the last 2 years
- Assets and Liabilities - Names, addresses, account numbers, and balances for all deposits and investments. Names, addresses, account numbers, monthly payments and balances for all installment debts.
- Divorce Decree if Applicable - Copy of complete divorce decree and all attachments
- Copy of Sales Contract On Present Home if Applicable - Signed by all parties with any addendums
