Checklist 

Items which may be needed at time of lender application:

  • Purchase Agreement - Signed by all parties with any addendums
  • Property Information - Listing sheet from the Multiple Listing Service with tax info., year built, lot size etc.
  • Employment Information - 2 year history, including names, addresses and zip codes
  • Residence History - Last 2 years' addresses and landlord(s) name(s) and mailing addresses.
  • Income History - Last 2 years W-2's, last 30 days' pay stubs, social security numbers.  If self-employed, complete U.S. 1040's for the last 2 years
  • Assets and Liabilities - Names, addresses, account numbers, and balances for all deposits and investments.  Names, addresses, account numbers, monthly payments and balances for all installment debts.
  • Divorce Decree if Applicable - Copy of complete divorce decree and all attachments
  • Copy of Sales Contract On Present Home if Applicable - Signed by all parties with any addendums
